  • Check in time: 3:00 pm. *Florida is 4:00 pm

  • Check out time: 11:00 am.*Florida is 10:00 am

  • Guest Interaction: We are available to our guests while still offering them personal space. We can be reached via text or voice if you need anything.

  • Keys: We use electronic locks which each guest given a code exclusive to their stay

  • What bath/bed linens and amenities are provided? Bed linens, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, spa towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided as well as robes/slippers,

  • What to bring: The kitchen comes stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, and pillows. 

  • Are the roads paved? Yes. Keep in mind we are located in the mountains, so they are steep and at night with no streetlights it is dark.

  • What if I leave an item behind?  We can return it if you wish. We ask that you pay shipping.

  • Fire Pit Usage: PLEASE be smart and safe with the fire pit. A water hose is provided and clearly visible. Use appropriately sized logs. It can get VERY dry here and leaves catch fire easily. Never leave the fire pit with a fire going!

  • Hot Tubs: The Hot tub at Hideaway Haven is in the pergola in the knoll.  Spa towels are provided.  

  • Pets: We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.

  • Smoking: We are non-smoking this includes burning of incense.  If you must smoke, please do outside. PLEASE extinguish your cigarettes completely and discard inside the trash receptacles.  

  • Thermostat: We leave the thermostats on 72 in Summer and 68 in Winter. A fireplace can quickly heat the room, the best way to lower the temperature is to crack a window.  

  • Do cell phones work in the area? Yes.  

  • Is there internet access? Yes. Keep in mind the nearest switch is two miles away hence the typical MPS is 10 - 12

  • Where is Trahlyta Trace Pond? Within sight of Hideaway Haven. This is an excellent spot for picnicking.  We share this land with other owners, please be respectful of others. There is a sun-up to sun-down usage policy for this area.
